P.S. Lin continues to steer a 57-year-old glass company into the future. Lin immediately joined the family business, Taiwan Glass Ind. Corp., after graduating from Shih Hsin University. He currently serves as its president and CEO, after taking on the roles of executive director and general manager. The glass manufacturer has a total of 22 factories in Taiwan and China.

With a sound operating strategy, strong financial foundation, and a global perspective, Taiwan Glass Ind. Corp. remains solid in the changing times. In 2015, it earned the Traditional Manufacturer Silver Award from the Taiwan Top 50 Corporate Sustainability Report. In 2017, its after-tax net profit was NTD2.123 billion, and its after-tax earnings per share was NTD0.73, a record high in six years.
