Proud Limpongpan has driven huge growth at two very different companies. Digital assets exchange Zipmex, which boasts an 80 percent female workforce, significantly increased its assets under management, trading volume and revenue in 2021. Proud’s sustainable jewellery manufacturing company Ennovie has also boosted revenue by 16 times, and lessened its environmental impact by using 90 percent recycled water and 80 percent solar energy.
