Founded 20 years ago, Zerin Properties is an award-winning agency, most recently the winner of Asia’s Best Brand Awards 2018-CMO’s Best Brand award for Real Estate Services 2018 and SME Best Employer 2022, Silver Medal by Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM).

At the helm is CEO Previndran Singhe who had brokered numerous large-sum deals, including the valuation of The Exchange 106 for Mulia Group Malaysia. More recently, he established Zerin Habitat to offer ESG assessment services in the real estate sector.

Proving that it also walks the talk, Previndran is leading the company to be fully ESG compliant too, arguably the first real estate agency here to focus on these non-financial concerns. It has partnered with Global ESG Benchmark for Real Assets, a mission-driven and industry-led organisation that provides actionable and transparent ESG data, on its ESG strategy. Among its ongoing initiatives is the planting of a tree every day in Sabah's Kinabatangan—so far, it has planted over 300 trees. The company is almost completely paperless in its daily operations including the adoption of Ekyc (Electronic Know Your Customer), a remote, paperless process to verify a customer's identity.

In the pipeline is a proptech platform for real estate transactions in Malaysia. Its introduction will optimise the way people buy, sell, research, market, and manage a property here.
