Piyawadee Maleenont is a media executive who is the granddaughter of Vichai Maleenont, founder of Thailand's BEC World media conglomerate. Founded in the 1960s as Bangkok Entertainment Co, BEC World is still largely owned by members of the Maleenont family, though it was listed on the Thai Stock Exchange in 1995. In November 2023, Piyawadee was tapped to supervise BEC Studio, a separate division that produces originals meant for international markets, as well as commercial and marketing projects.

Piyawadee Maleenont is in a long-term relationship with Mawin Thaweephon, with whom she has a food channel on YouTube called MAWIN FINFERRR, which has over 765,000 subscribers. The couple married in October 2023.
