Phillip Poon is the executive director of Mercato Management, which helped to conceptualised the nightlife concepts Ziggy, Avry Club and Hairy Canary Lounge. He was also previously a director of Massive Collective, a lifestyle marketing and management agency that was behind upscale nightclubs such as Mink and Suite 26.
