Singapore-started Homebase, co-founded by Phillip An and Junyuan Tan, offers a personalised rent-to-own option that avoids high interest rates and fluctuating real estate policies. Buyers can purchase homes without a mortgage and pay Homebase rent, sell their homes for cash within 72 hours, and borrow against their equity if needed. Homebase is the first Vietnam-based startup backed by Y Combinator.
