General Director of Green Future
A young leader deploying electric vehicle and technology projects, while also participating in managing AI and robotics investment funds and family technology companies
Pham Nhat Minh Hoang was born in 2000 and began his career at VinFast as the Global Marketing Director, leading electric vehicle launch campaigns in the US, Europe, Indonesia, and other key markets. He previously met Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang following the Nvidia-VinBrain acquisition. In August 2024, at the age of 24, Minh Hoang was appointed General Director and Legal Representative of FGF Commercial & Services JSC. Just four months later, the company leased over 3,238 VinFast electric vehicles, launched an "Old-for-New" program, and opened its first 6 showrooms. By March 2025, the company was renamed Green Future and increased its capital to 2,000 billion VND.
Around the same time, he and his brother invested 50 billion VND into VinRobotics – a robotics company specializing in AI, automation, and industrial robots. He also owns 5% of the VinVentures Fund, which focuses on AI, semiconductor chips, and cloud computing. Since late 2024, Minh Hoang has appeared publicly at international events, hosting the President of Bulgaria and the Prime Minister of New Zealand at the VinFast Hai Phong factory, while also participating in art and event companies established by his family. He has become one of the prominent young leaders, managing and developing the group's key technology and electric vehicle projects.
