Peggy is the cousin of the late architect IM Pei. The founding chairperson of the Hong Kong Federation of Women, she was a member of the Legislative Council and chaired the Wan Chai District Council for more than 20 years. Peggy is a JP and the recipient of an OBE, an MBE, and Silver and Gold Bauhinia Stars.
