Patrick Chiu left a career in technology to start his wine journey. The head sommelier at Taipei Japanese fine dining restaurant Eika, he previously developed his skills at The Greenhouse in London and 67 Pall Mall in London and Singapore. He was crowned Taiwan’s Best Sommelier in 2023 and Asia’s Best French Sommelier in 2021, and is certified as an advanced sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
