Medical technologist Parkphum Dejhutsadin gained nationwide recognition during the COVID-19 pandemic, as he used his Facebook channel, Mor Lab Panda (Panda Lab Doctor), to disseminate accurate medical knowledge about the virus, fighting misinformation and facilitating communication between medical agencies and his 3.4 million followers. Parkphum has continued to post commentary and produce videos on social media, still covering medical and wellness issues, but often venturing into social and cultural topics.

After completing undergraduate studies in medical technology at Chulalongkorn University, Parkphum obtained a master's degree in molecular immunology and immunogenetics, also from Chulalongkorn. He previously served as the head of the Molecular Hematology Laboratory at the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society for a decade before venturing into private business.
