Pansy Ho

Pansy Ho is a prominent business leader and champion of tourism development across Hong Kong and Macau. As chairperson and executive director of MGM China Holdings, she has directed strategic operational focus back to the Greater Bay Area, remodelling Macau integrated resorts to scale non-gaming MICE and cultural art spaces. In June 2026, she fully divested her remaining personal stake in parent firm MGM Resorts International for US$140.1 million while retaining her 22.49 per cent stake in MGM China. She also serves as managing director of MGM Grand Paradise, which holds a casino concession in Macau.

Beyond gaming, Ho serves as group executive chairman and managing director of Shun Tak Holdings, which operates regional hospitality and transportation services, including the Hong Kong-Macau ferry network. She is a major shareholder in SJM Holdings, vice-chairman of Phoenix Media Investment (Holdings), chairman of Estoril-Sol and vice-chairman of Macau International Airport Company.

Ho’s commitment to tourism and civic affairs spans global and regional appointments. She is the founder and chairman of the Global Tourism Economy Research Centre, vice-chairman of the Global Tourism Economy Forum, an executive committee member of the World Travel & Tourism Council and a UN Tourism Ambassador. A member of the Standing Committee of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, chairperson of the Hong Kong Federation of Women and governor of Our Hong Kong Foundation, Ho was appointed Justice of the Peace in 2015 and awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star in 2020.
