Pandu Patria Sjahrir is one of the leading entrepreneurs in Indonesia and an investor for start-ups. He is also an Indonesian coal mining entrepreneur, as the vice president director of TBS Energi Utama and chairman of the Indonesia Coal Mining Association. Several other titles that Pandu holds in the industry include commissioner at Sea Group Indonesia, the parent company for e-commerce Shopee and gaming platform Garena; commissioner of the Indonesian Stock Exchange and Digital Mediatama Maxima; board member at Gojek and Endeavor Indonesia; managing partner of Indies Capital and general partner at Agaeti Ventures; founder-partner at AC Ventures; and chairman of the Indonesian FinTech Association until 2025. Pandu was awarded the Asian Society Young Leaders Awards in 2014, foreshadowing the stellar career and clout he carries today. Starting from 2021, TBS Energi Utama is working with Gojek Indonesia to build an electric vehicle ecosystem through the Electrum joint venture to reach the zero-emission goal by 2060.
