Oswald Yeo’s company Glints is a human resources platform combining the roles of career advisor, educator and recruiter. It helps graduates build their CVs through internships and first jobs, and also maps out people’s career paths, along with the skills they need to master, offering them community support along the way. The company has raised US$32.2 million, including a US$22.5 million Series C in 2021.
