Founder, Magorium
For turning plastic waste into roads
Oh Chu Xian founded Magorium in 2019 to convert contaminated plastic into an innovative road-building material, NewBitumen. The company has diverted more than 8,000kg of plastic waste from incineration into green roads in Singapore. Magorium has worked with partners such as Sanofi, Sentosa and DBS, and is supported by Enterprise Singapore, DBS Foundation, Temasek Foundation and Singapore’s Ministry of Sustainability and Environment.
