Nuttaphong Kunakornwong joined listed developer SC Asset in 2012 and stepped up as CEO in 2015, taking over the position from his wife's aunt, Pinthongta Shinawatra. Since then, the firm has grown at a brisk clip.

Entering its third decade of success, the company marked its anniversary in 2023 with 20 Years of Good Mornings, an event which covered SC Asset’s past and upcoming real estate projects.
