Through her pop-up dining club Brunch Bandits, Nithiya Laila organises interactive communal experiences that involve storytelling, music and art, as well as everything from farm-to-table workshops for children to corporate team-building sessions. She is also the presenter of TV series Edible Wild, where she explores Singapore’s native and foraged ingredients, and is behind SG Seed Exchange, a community platform for the exchange of native seeds.
