Founder, Flowhite
The Front Row | The ultimate It girl, you can find her constantly jet setting across the globe to attend the most prestigious events and fashion weeks while still looking as glamorous as ever
Nina Kaginda’s love of fashion was cultivated from a young age, watching her grandmother dress up. “She was so fashionable; she would change her clothes many times in a day. Even at home, she loved playing dress up,” she says. It was from her grandmother that Kaginda inherited a love of Chanel—she loves styling its classic tweed jackets with a plain white T‐shirt and denim jeans. Describing her style, the Singapore‐based beauty entrepreneur says: “I’m simple but chic. I like loud sometimes, depending on the occasion, but I prefer simple, with minimal patterns and accessories. I love the idea of quiet luxury.” We think Kaginda is being modest, for she always looks glamorous when jetting across the globe, be it sitting front row at fashion weeks, hobnobbing with industry honchos, or rubbing shoulders with Hollywood celebrities. The mother‐of‐two also finds time to run her own body‐care brand, Flowhite, which she launched in her native Indonesia earlier this year, with plans to expand to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
