Nicole CuUnjieng Aboitiz

A research fellow at Cambridge University with formidable academic credentials, Dr Nicole CuUnjieng Aboitiz published her first book, Asian Place, Filipino Nation: A Global Intellectual History of the Philippine Revolution, 1887-1912, earlier this year through Columbia University Press. Recently she became executive director of The Toynbee Prize Foundation, which is granted every other year to recognise outstanding work in historical studies.
