He currently serves as a member of the National Advisory Council, reporting to the Central Steering Committee for Science, Technology Development, Innovation, and Digital Transformation.

His core research expertise centers on emerging financial markets, energy finance, volatility modeling, and risk management in international capital markets.

In France, he concurrently serves as the Executive Director of the Leonard de Vinci Business School (EMLV Business School) and the Director of International Development for De Vinci Higher Education. He has also been a Visiting Professor at the International School – Vietnam National University, Hanoi since 2017.

In terms of academic excellence, he was named to Stanford University’s prestigious Top 2% of the World's Scientists list, based on both the 2025 Single-Year Data and the 2025 Career-Long Data.

His scholarly articles have appeared in highly-regarded journals, including the European Journal of Operational Research, the Journal of Banking and Finance, and Technological Forecasting and Social Change.
