Cultivating Vietnam's comprehensive healthcare and pharma ecosystem

Ngo Chi Dung’s entrepreneurial journey in healthcare began with the establishment of Eco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Eco Pharma) on January 29, 2008. The company owns prominent products like Alipas Platinum and Jex Max, and developed the first pharmacy chain in Vietnam to achieve the three major World Health Organization (WHO) standards: GSP (Good Storage Practices), GDP (Good Distribution Practices), and GPP (Good Pharmacy Practices).

Building on Eco Pharma’s solid foundation, he expanded his vision into specialized medical care by assuming the role of Chairman and General Director of Tam Anh General Hospital System. Inaugurated in September 2016, Tâm Anh was the 196th private hospital established in Vietnam, featuring a 100-bed capacity across an area exceeding 10.000 square meters.

He also serves as the Chairman of VNVC, a large-scale vaccination system with nearly 240 centers nationwide. Furthermore, VNVC is developing Vietnam’s most modern vaccine and biological products manufacturing plant, a project that underscores its commitment to strengthening the national public health infrastructure.
