Neo Kah Kiat is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Neo Group Limited, one of Singapore’s largest catering group. Established in 1992, Neo Group has grown from a small start-up into a diversified food enterprise with more than 30 brands spanning catering, retail, manufacturing and trading. The Group’s portfolio includes Neo Garden Catering, Deli Hub, Orange Clove, as well as heritage names such as Thong Siek Global (maker of Dodo fish balls) and PrimaDeli.

Under Neo’s leadership, the company continues to expand regionally through vertical integration, acquisitions and partnerships. A firm believer in technology and process innovation, he has transformed catering into a precision business that combines culinary production with manufacturing efficiency.

Neo is equally committed to people development and philanthropy. He mentors senior staff to become business leaders within the Group and founded the Neo Group Foundation and Neo Seed fund to support education, healthcare and community welfare. He has received multiple accolades for his entrepreneurial and social contributions, including the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat).
