Natthineethiti Phinyapincha is fighting to ensure that transgender people have the same workplace rights as everyone else. Coming from a public relations background, she launched TransTalents Consulting Group to provide companies with diversity, equity and inclusion consultation, training, collaboration and professional leadership advocacy. In 2022, she took part in the US government-sponsored Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Professional Fellows Program. She is also the country director of the Asean Youth Advocates Network.
