Adding to an already lengthy roster of accomplishments, actor Nadine Lustre has proven to be quite the multi-hyphenate as she branches out into other endeavours such as music and volunteering for environmental charities. She has also launched a wine brand with her business partner, Maison Bukana Wines.

Lustre earned acclaim for film and television work, including Undak (2019), On the Wings of Love (2015) and Never Not Love You (2018). Her role as a scorned woman in the film Greed (2023) earned her the Best Actress win at the 2023 FAMAS Awards. The year prior, she won the Best Actress award at the 2022 Metro Manila Film Festival for her role in Deleter (2022).

Apart from her impressive cinematography, Lustre is also enthusiastic about environmental advocacy, something she is unafraid to express to her 12 million followers on Instagram. Her partnership with skincare brand Bioten helped fund the 88k Trees campaign, a reforestation project that supports the Aeta people of Yangil, Zambales. Moreover, Lustre offers her time to organisations such as Greenpeace and the Masungi Georeserve and tries to wear sustainable clothing. She also commits to maintaining a plant-based lifestyle.

Lustre is a seasoned musician whose album, Wildest Dreams, took the Philippines by storm for being the country’s first visual album. Upon its release, the album was featured on iTunes’ top charts in countries across Asia. In 2023, she collaborated with international record label WILD for her new single Overgrown, paving the way for Southeast Asian representation in the mainstream music industry.
