Nadiah Wan was the youngest chief executive officer at TMC Life Sciences (TMCLS) Berhad and was appointed executive director of TMCLS since February 2019. She was also the chief executive officer of Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara and group chief executive officer of TMCLS since June 2017 till 2024.

Under her watch, Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara expanded its services with the establishment of specialty centres, including oncology and nuclear medicine. Nadiah is instrumental in the development of TMC fertility centres, which introduced Fertility GeneCode screening, a breakthrough screening procedure that allows people to identify the changes in their DNA that can affect fertility and the effectiveness of fertility treatments.

Additionally, TMC has completed its sustainability roadmap; the group is now working diligently towards its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
