Miftachur “Ben” Robani leverages the power of the people to conserve the nation’s forests through his crowdfunding platform LindungiHutan, which he co-founded in 2016. His mission is to garner public awareness and financial support to plant green zones that can mitigate the impact of deforestation and climate change. As of 2022, LindungiHutan has planted more than 220,000 trees and created 23ha of green zones, absorbing 778 tonnes of greenhouse gases.
