In 2020, Michelle Ho became the youngest chairperson in Taiwan’s department store industry when she took over at Hanshin Department Store. She introduced big data analytics to the company, leading it to 10 percent annual revenue growth in 2022. She also co-founded professional basketball team the Kaohsiung Aquas in 2021.
