Michelle Cheng-Chan is founding partner and CEO of Hong Kong’s leading luxury PR and brand marketing group Occasions Asia Pacific, which was founded in 1987 and has clients in sectors including arts and culture, real estate, hospitality, fashion, beauty, government, and public service. She joined the company in 2005, and has since led various mergers and acquisitions to expand the group into China.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, she worked for more than a decade in fund management, corporate finance and M&A advisory for the likes of Anglo Chinese Corporate Finance and Value Partners Private Equity. Her many public roles include board member of the Ocean Park Corporation, honorary vice president of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, and executive committee member of the Society of Academy of Performing Arts. She is also a standing committee member of the Macao Convention & Exhibition Association.

Michelle Cheng-Chan is the daughter of Mignonne Cheng. She is married to Alan Chan and has two sons.
