Through her wine consulting and events company Sparkling+, Lei champions champagne tourism and culture, and also writes about champagne tasting on social media. Her desire to gain a comprehensive understanding of champagne production leads her to spend most of her time in Champagne. She is also an Officier de L’Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, the official organisation representing the major champagne brands.
