For elevating Taizhou cuisine

With more than 30 outlets around China, Xin Rong Ji has built up quite a reputation and several Michelin stars for its fine dining Taizhou cuisine, emphasising seasonality and high-quality ingredients. Ma Lin, who joined the company in 2004, is currently executive chef of its Rong Fu Yan Shanghai restaurant, which has two stars, as well as the company’s chef production coach for the Shanghai region.
