Justice Centre Hong Kong offers everything from legal services to mental health support to refugees and other vulnerable migrants. It has been led since 2022 by Lynette Nam, who has also worked as an immigration lawyer and human rights trainer. She is also deputy chair of the Asia Pacific Refugee Rights Network, a network of more than 250 civil society organisations.
