Driven by a deep love for his city, Luke Tam is revitalising tourism in Hong Kong through Kaifong Tour, a sustainable initiative that trains neighbourhood residents to become docents and share authentic local stories. In just 18 months, his social enterprise created over 6,000 jobs and engaged over 120,000 visitors. He is a recipient of the prestigious Spirit of Hong Kong Award.
