When Lorin Winata saw a lack of zero-alcohol beverages on the market, the former venture capitalist created Melati Drinks, a range of non-alcoholic spirits made from 21 functional plants that are also free from sugar and additives. The drinks are found in more than 100 restaurants, including 20 Michelin-starred ones, and are also available in the US, debuting at Bloomingdales in 2024.
