Founder, group managing director and chief executive officer Loi Tuan Ee founded the dairy company Farm Fresh in 2009 with his brother Loi Tuan Kin. Farm Fresh is recognised for fresh dairy milk, yogurt drinks and plant-based products with no preservatives, artificial colourings and flavourings. Today, the company has six dairy farms and three processing plants across Malaysia and Australia.

Loi developed a passion for agriculture growing up in Perak, deciding to cultivate land he owned after leaving his corporate job. He realised there was a market opportunity and started focusing on the cattle dairy industry in 2008. The brothers started their journey with 60 Holstein Jersey cows imported from Australia and set up a farm in Mawai, Johor. Today, the dairy herd size has grown to 8,938 across Malaysia and Australia.

The company pays significant emphasis on ESG initiatives to operate sustainably, ensuring that its farming and processing practices minimise impact on the environment. As the journey has only just begun for this recently publicly listed company, Farm Fresh will leverage the capabilities and knowledge gained towards cementing the leadership position in the Malaysian Dairy Industry and expand to new markets across the Asia-Pacific region.
