Logic Lo is the chairman of Jinyuexuan Restaurant Group, which was established in 2002. He founded four food and beverage brands, including Jinyuan Dim Sum Restaurant and Jin Yue Xuan, which are currently expanding takeout services in Hong Kong because of the pandemic. Jinyuan Dim Sum Restaurant, in particular, has seen a 40 per cent increase in its performance, compared to 2019. This is due in part to its expansion to online platforms, such as its recent collaboration with FamilyMart.
