After taking the reins of Taiwan Taxi from her father, Lin Nien-chen has successfully diversified the island’s largest taxi company—which operates more than 10,000 taxis and takes 120,000 bookings a day—and introduced e-commerce and delivery services. She has also grown the company by providing management services to other taxi companies and operating satellite fleets during busy periods.
