With over three decades’ experience in real estate, Lily Chang serves as president of Treasure Dragon Corporation and, since 2020, the president of the Taiwan chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Taiwan).　　

FIABCI-Taiwan, known locally as the Real Estate Association of the Republic of China, has been a special advisory body to the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and has participated in projects with UN-Habitat that have to do with promoting sustainable urban development. FIABCI-Taiwan also focuses on the issue of affordable housing—an issue that particularly resonates with Chang, who has pushed for designs that are beautiful, practical, and responsive to the needs of younger generations.

Chang is also a board member of FIABCI, the parent organisation of FIABCI-Taiwan, where she is also president of the World Council of Developers and Investors and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. Chang is also a trustee of the FIABCI Scholarship Foundation.

Lily Chang is also active in Taichung: she has served as consultant to the municipal government since 2014, and is currently the vice president of the Taichung Cultural Education Foundation for Architecture.
