Li Xuan joined Microsoft as a software engineer in July 2007. As a member of Microsoft’s e-sports team, he participated in the AHGL on behalf of his company many times and won the championship for StarCraft II in 2011. Xuan joined LGD Gaming as CSO in 2014, where he was mainly responsible for internal management, external cooperation and formulation of corporate macro development strategies, and gave many creative insights on team member management and international industry development trends. Xuan resigned from Microsoft in 2016. In less than a year, he helped LGD raise series A financing. Backed by an IP system centred on club, competition, youth training and venue, LGD established an integrated eco self-system based on “e-sports+” businesses.
