Le Thi Thu Thuy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Foreign Trade University, an MBA from Japan, and the prestigious CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification. Her career trajectory is defined by a global perspective: she previously served as Vice President at Lehman Brothers in Japan, Thailand, and Singapore, gaining extensive experience in Asian real estate investment. She later held the roles of CFO, Vice Chairwoman of Investment, and CEO at Vingroup.

Since late 2021, she has spearheaded VinFast as its Global CEO, tasked with operating the Vietnamese brand across multiple international markets and driving expansion into new regions. Her core mission is to establish VinFast as a leading global smart electric vehicle manufacturer.

Under her decisive leadership, VinFast swiftly transformed from an industry newcomer into an internationally recognized Vietnamese automotive brand. The first breakthrough was the LUX A2.0 and LUX SA2.0 launch at the Paris Motor Show 2018. Surrounded by automotive titans like Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and Jaguar, VinFast emerged not merely as an outsider but as a powerful representation of Southeast Asia's prospective automotive industry.
