Le Hong Thuy Tien

In the 1990s, Bitter Love, starring Le Hong Thuy Tien and the late Le Cong Tuan Anh, became a nationwide sensation, achieving record-breaking box office success. After a series of cinematic triumphs, she stepped away from acting to pursue a career as a flight attendant—a role that led to her meeting and later marrying Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, former General Director of IPPG Group. She eventually took over the leadership of the group and has since played a pivotal role in its expansion, overseeing a portfolio of more than 100 prestigious brands and an extensive network of retail chains across Vietnam.

Over the years, she has received numerous accolades for her contributions to business and leadership. Among her most notable honours are the ASEAN Entrepreneur Award 2021, the Italian Order of Merit, conferred by the President of Italy, and an individual award from the United Nations for Leadership in Commitment and Action to Promote Gender Equality.
