Kunpimook “BamBam” Bhuwakul developed a passion for K-Pop culture from a young age, often performing dance covers of Korean artists. His dedication led him to train with South Korean label JYP Entertainment, subsequently joining the boy band Got7 in 2014.

After his contract with JYP ended, BamBam signed with the Abyss label and embarked on a solo career. In October 2023 he played his first solo concert in Bangkok at the Thunderdome Stadium. In the same year, he announced his Area 52 world tour, beginning in September 2023 in Seoul and ending in Germany in March 2024. The tour takes him to eight stops throughout Asia (Seoul, Manila, Macau, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Osaka and Yokahama), seven in the USA and Puerto Rico, three in Latin America, and three in Europe.
