Kino is the charismatic CEO of K&K Property, a company he started in 2013 with his father. Since then it’s spent over HK$11.9 billion acquiring sites for real estate development and Kino is currently working on five residential projects across the city. His developments are characterised by an aura of luxury and elegance. That’s not surprising, really, given Kino’s other professional interests are five-star hotels through the Park Hotel Group. His new tip is the Kai Tak area of Kowloon East—and we reckon the smart money will probably follow him fast.
