Kenneth Fok

Kenneth Fok is one of the leading figures in Hong Kong sports administration, as vice president of the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong. Elected to Hong Kong’s Legislative Council in December 2021, he represents the Sports, Performing Arts, Culture and Publication functional constituency. The eldest son of Timothy Fok, Hong Kong’s top sports administrator, and Loletta Chu-Lo, he is also vice president of family company the Fok Ying Tung Group, which was established by his grandfather, legendary business and political figure Henry Fok Ying Tung. Kenneth oversees the Hong Kong and mainland China investments of the company, which has interests ranging from real estate to finance to hospitality.

In sports governance, he serves as president of The Gymnastics Association of Hong Kong, China. Nationally, he represents the city as a Hong Kong deputy to the National People’s Congress, while championing regional youth development as vice chairman of the All-China Youth Federation and honorary life chairman of the Committee of Youth Activities in Hong Kong.

He led Hong Kong’s successful bid to host the Association of National Olympic Committees General Assembly in December 2026, while championing “Sports Bay Area” initiatives under the 15th Five-Year Plan. As chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, he has also driven cross-sector integration across cultural and sports landscapes.

Kenneth Fok is married to Guo Jingjing, four-time Olympic diving gold medallist and Unicef and WWF ambassador; they have one son and two daughters.
