Kelvin Liu co-founded Illume Research Technology while pondering the question of how to help cultivate the next generation of Nobel Prize winners in China. The online education institute aims to improve the research, innovation and academic leadership skills of young students around the world. It does this through a mentor matching system, an online study platform and information education management system.
