Kathlyn Tan has loved the ocean since she was a child, and is a certified Padi divemaster and freediver. As director of the Rumah Group, she leads her family investment company’s environmental and sustainability initiatives, including issuing grants to NGOs making a positive environmental impact. She is also the co-founder of Coastal Natives, through which she brought the ocean conservation film festival, Turn the Tide Film Tour, to Singapore.
