Metier Food, the company he founded, boasts three different sustainable food brands: Heal Nutrition is protein-focused, Snappea makes dairy-free milk from sustainably sourced peas, and Thips makes snacks entirely from natural ingredients. Metier Food’s products are stocked in more than 1,000 retail outlets and the company plans to double that by 2024.
