Justin Banusing’s passion for and participation in the esports community led to AcadArena, a gaming startup where students in Southeast Asia play, connect and earn from their tournaments—including the opportunity to afford college via play-to-earn scholarships. Working alongside co-founders Ariane Lim and Kevin Hoang, Justin takes care of the back end of the business, running day-to-day operations including finance, HR and business development.
