Johnny Tsai

For his Asian tapas

After stints at top restaurants such as Singapore’s Restaurant André and Regent Taipei’s Robin’s Teppanyaki, Johnny Tsai opened his own bistro T+T, which is short for “tapas tasting”, in 2018. The small plates showcase his western cooking techniques but using familiar Asian ingredients, and clinched a Michelin star for T+T in 2021 and the Michelin Guide Young Chef Award for Johnny in 2022.
