In 2019, the director of trading and business development at family-owned Cheng Yew Heng Candy Factory, Singapore’s largest and oldest rock sugar supplier and manufacturer, turned his attention to helping others in the sector implement their innovative ideas. His incubator Innovate 360 provides both financial and practical support to startups in the food manufacturing sector, from aquaculture to agritech.
