Luo is the co-founder of BlockTempo, a platform for blockchain news that has become the world’s largest to be published in traditional Chinese. Since 2018, the company has organised the annual Asia Blockchain Summit, where some of the biggest names in the world of blockchain have spoken. He is also the co-organiser of the Asia Blockchain Alliance.
