Jiang Sheng

Being brought up by a sculptor made a deep impression on Sheng, as did becoming a Buddhist aged 19. He travelled to caves and temples around the world to study Buddha sculptures before returning home in 2013 to establish Jiang Jia Ban. His sculptures, which have been widely praised for their exquisite calmness and introversion, are acquired by temples around the world, and have been exhibited in Beijing and Shanghai.
